Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.

God of hope, my heart is glad when I hear your word and know your love. Thank you for gifting us with language and giving us words of peace for all people. Forgive me when I use words to harm rather than bless. Make me diligent in sharing the truth of your hope. Amen.
