God, in Christ's birth you reveal your humanity and mine. Your great Christmas miracle helps me to keep faith with its gospel truth: you were born to dwell in the depths of my wickedness and in exchange I dwell in your innocence. May your gift to me this day free me for you are in me. Amen.
