(Hudsoncast) Jesus Is Our Only King (Ex 15:18; Luke 1:33) (Sovereignty)

What or who reigns in your life when the temp drops this low? We all have notions of being watched over and protected by those who are elected or royally determined to lead us and to keep us from suffering the cold consequences of living like we are in Minnesota tonight. But the wonderful news of today’s texts is that you and I have an amazing King who reigns over us that we did not choose or elect. As you will hear Him described by the young people in today’s podcast, we could not have imagined a King like Him. But that is who Jesus is. And we are thankful that we have come to know His love for us and the warmth He has for us in His heart. So no matter how harshly your circumstances may be treating you today, you do have a promise from the King of Kings and Lord of Lords that He is with you always and will never leave you alone.
