(Sundaycast) What Does Creation Reveal About God (Jeremiah 27:5; Romans 1:20) (Judgment)

Mother Nature at times is not very nice. We sometimes blame God for destructive acts since God is supposedly in charge of these awful things. This is the picture of God everyone has apart from Christ. But when we know Jesus, then we know that He is with us in both the good and the bad. We get to live free from the need to blame God for bad things since we know our God blesses us by being with us in all things.

Old Testament Verse

It is I who by my great power and my outstretched arm have made the earth, with the people and animals that are on the earth, and I give it to whomever I please.
Jeremiah 27:5

New Testament Verse

Ever since the creation of the world God's eternal power and divine nature, invisible though they are, have been seen and understood through the things God has made.
Romans 1:20

Prayer

Creator God, the wonders of creation reveal your eternal power and divine nature. Your beauty and majesty are in the sky. You are in the diversity of plant and animal life. I see you in the unique face and personality of each person I meet. And when I look inward, I feel blessed that you are in my heart. Amen.
