MISSION CAST Comfort (Joel 2:19; Matthew 14:19-20)
In response to his people the LORD said, "I am sending you grain, wine, and oil, and you will be satisfied."

Taking the five loaves and the two fish, Jesus looked up to heaven, and blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the crowds. And all ate and were filled.
Matthew 14:19-20
As I taste the promises of your coming, Lord, I realize how hungry I am for hope. Advent is like an appetizer before the main course of Christmas. Your word revives my tongue and my taste. Then I discover you've made room at your table. Help me to invite others to feast on your banquet of blessings this Advent. Amen.
